Jerry Baughman November 7 – 1961 — December 16 – 2025

Jerry Dean Baughman, age 64 passed away Tuesday, December 16th, 2025 in Checotah. He was born November 7, 1961 in Henryetta to Randy Baughman and Margaret (Belt) Baughman.

He married Debbie Baker June 6, 1982 at the Schulter Baptist Church. He worked for many years as a welder, truck driver and camp host. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a member of Schulter Baptist Church and served on the Schulter School Board for eleven years. He proudly served with the United States Army National Guard as a Sergeant E-5.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Randy and Margaret Baughman.

He is survived by his wife Debbie of Schulter; Two sons, Brian Baughman and wife Amber; Brandon Baughman and wife Danielle and a daughter, Brandi Horne. Also his grandchildren, Jacob Horne, Jordan Horne, Kolton Baughman, Brooklynn Baughman, Katelyn Baughman, Gabe Mortensen, and Asher Baughman. also by sisters-in-law, Darlene Baker and Dana Hilland husband Lance. Nieces and nephew, Christina, Craig & Cylla, great niece and nephew Hudson & Kinsley.

Viewing for Jerry will be 5 – 8 pm Thursday, December 18th, 2025 at Integrity Funeral Service.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m.., Friday, December 19th, 2025 at Schulter Baptist Church with Rev. Nathan Mullins officiating. Services are under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
